How it works
Your data in one place. Your questions answered from it.
You log in the way that suits you. Corpus keeps it in one place, in the EU. When you ask your AI assistant (Claude today) a question, it answers from your real data. If you share with a coach, their assistant can answer about you too.
Beta. Corpus is open by invitation. Logging and asking through Claude work today; everything for teams is being built with our first teams.
The pieces.
What goes in
- Apple Health, from the Corpus iPhone app
- Your Oura ring (planned for new accounts)
- A short check-in from a link
- What you tell your AI assistant
Where it is kept
Your Corpus account, stored in the EU (Germany) and kept apart from everyone else's data in the database.
Who can ask about it
- You, through your own AI assistant
- Coaches you share with, through theirs
Your data goes to an AI assistant only when you ask a question, or a coach you share with asks one.
Three ways to log. Use one, or all three.
Wear it.
Connect Apple Health from your iPhone. It syncs on its own. Oura for new accounts is planned.
Answer it. Coming in the beta
A short check-in from a link, by WhatsApp or email. No app, no wearable. Coming in the beta.
Say it.
Tell your AI assistant what you ate, how you trained, how you slept.
Apple Health needs the Corpus iPhone app. The assistant is Claude today.
Every person on Corpus logs the same three ways: a player on a team, a coach logging their own training, or someone on their own. None of them is the lesser option.
- Wear it.
- Apple Health syncs from your iPhone in the background, so anything that writes to Apple Health (your phone, an Apple Watch, many training apps) comes along. Oura adds readiness, sleep scores, stress, SpO2, resilience, cardiovascular age and VO2 max.
- Answer it.
- A few questions about sleep, soreness, mood and extra training, from a link in WhatsApp or email, on any phone. Coming in the beta.
- Say it.
- "I had pasta with chicken for lunch." "Squats, 4 sets of 6 at 80 kilos." "Slept badly, feeling flat." Your assistant writes it down. Food can be looked up by barcode.
Apple Health needs the Corpus iPhone app. There is no Android app. The assistant is Claude today.
Reports that answer your question.
Reports are written by AI when you ask, so they take the shape you need: a progress chart, a weekly report, a quick fact, or a comparison between players or periods. Each answer is built from your real data, at the moment you ask.
- Progress chart
- Weekly report
- Quick fact
- Comparison
How a report gets made
- You ask your assistant in your own words: "How did I sleep in the weeks before the match?"
- Your assistant reads your data in Corpus. Only your data, or the data of the players who share with you.
- It answers with what fits: a chart, a weekly report, a single number, or a comparison between periods or players.
Questions people ask
- Players
"How has my recovery after matches changed since preseason?"
- Coaches
"Who slept badly this week, and who added extra work before match day?"
- Individuals
"Did the magnesium I started in March change my sleep?"
Answers are written by AI. They are built from your real data, and they can still be wrong. Corpus is not medical advice.
Check-ins, without an app or an assistant. Beta
Check-in links are coming in the beta. This is how they will work.
Coaches set the days and times by asking their assistant: "Send the check-in Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 9."
- A link arrives by WhatsApp or email, on the days your coach chooses.
- Tap it. The questions open in your phone's browser.
- Tap your answers and send. A few taps, nothing to type.
- Your answers go into your account, next to everything else you log. If you share with a coach, they see them before the session.
Connecting your AI assistant.
You do this once. After that, you just ask.
In the beta, we send you the steps and the address when your account is ready.
Not sure about any of this? In the beta, we set it up with you on a call.
- In Claude, open the settings and add a connector.
- Paste the Corpus address we send you.
- Sign in with Google to confirm it is you.
- Ask a first question, like "How did I sleep last night?"
When you connect an assistant, it reads your data to answer you, under its provider's terms. Today that provider is Anthropic, which makes Claude.
Where wearable data comes from.
Apple Health
Through the Corpus iPhone app. It reads what Apple Health holds, including years of history, and keeps syncing. iPhone only.
The app is not on the App Store yet. In the beta, we help you install it.
Oura
Readiness, sleep scores, stress, SpO2, resilience, cardiovascular age and VO2 max, straight from Oura.
Connecting Oura for new accounts is planned.
Bring your history. Corpus already handles ten years of Apple Health data for a single person.
Who sees your data, and why.
Your data belongs to you. A coach sees it only because you share it, through a team or directly.
On a team
The coaches of your team (head coach, assistants, physio, S&C) all see what you log, history included, while you are on the team. On a paying team, sharing with the team's coaches is part of joining, and the invite says so before you accept.
When you leave the team, that team's coaches stop seeing your data, past entries included. Your account and your history stay with you.
For a club, the club is responsible for its players' data (the controller). Corpus stores and processes it for the club.
With your own coach
You can share with a personal coach outside any team, and with more than one coach at a time. You start a personal share, and you can stop it any time.
On your own
No other user sees your data. Share with a coach later if you want to.
- Coaches can log a session or an effort for you. You see everything they log for you.
- Coaches can keep notes about the team that only coaches see. We say so here so nobody finds out later.
- Other players and other clubs never see your data.
Who sees what
| Your data | You | Coaches you share with (team or personal) | Everyone else |
|---|---|---|---|
| What you log: wearable data, check-ins, what you tell your assistant | Yes | Yes, history included | No |
| What a coach logs for you | Yes | Yes | No |
| Coach-only notes (about you or the team) | No | Yes, that team's coaches | No |
| After you stop sharing or leave the team | Yes, you keep it | No longer | No |
When a share ends, that coach no longer sees your data, past entries included. Only authorised members of our development and operations team have administrative access, and only to run, secure and fix the service.
What "beta, by invitation" means.
By invitation
There is no open sign-up yet. You join with an invite from your coach or club, or from us after you request access.
Beta
Working today: Apple Health sync, logging, and asking through Claude. Everything for teams (invites, sharing with coaches, team views, logging for players) and check-in links are being built with our first teams during the beta, so it will change.
Help from people
In the beta, we set up clubs and teams with you, and help coaches connect their assistant. Your feedback decides what we build next.
The beta is for adults only. Pricing is not set yet. Clubs agree it with us during the beta. Nobody pays without agreeing to a price first.
