Terms of use

Last updated: 28 October 2026

These are the terms for using Corpus during its beta. We have kept them short and plain. If anything is unclear, write to hello@mycorpus.life.

1. Who we are

Corpus is run by MBM Tech and Management SL, a company registered in Spain, tax number (CIF) B93937019, registered office Calle de Modesto Lafuente 71, 2.º A, 28003 Madrid, Spain, registered in the Registro Mercantil de Madrid, sheet M-897331. "We" and "us" in these terms mean that company.

2. A beta, by invitation

Corpus is in beta. You can use it only with an invitation, from a club, a coach or us.

Features will change, some will be added during the beta, and some may be removed. The service may sometimes be unavailable while we work on it. We keep backups, and we tell you ahead of time about any change that affects your data.

We may end the beta, or move it to new terms. If we do, we give you at least 30 days' notice by email and a way to export your data.

3. Who can use Corpus

You must be 18 or older to use Corpus during the beta. You sign in with a Google account, and you are responsible for keeping that account secure. One account per person.

4. Not medical advice

Corpus helps you look at your own health and training data. It is not a medical device, and it does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition.

Answers and reports are written by AI from your data. They can be incomplete or wrong. Do not use them in place of a doctor, a physiotherapist or other qualified professional.

If you think you have a medical emergency, call 112 or your local emergency number.

5. Your data

What you log stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it only to run Corpus for you and for the people you share it with.

How we handle personal data is set out in the privacy policy, which is part of these terms.

On a club's team, the club is responsible for its players' data, and we process it on the club's behalf under a separate agreement with the club.

You can export your data and ask us to delete your account at any time. In the beta, you do this by writing to hello@mycorpus.life.

6. Sharing with coaches

You choose who sees your data. On a paying team, sharing with that team's coaches is part of joining the team, and the invite says so before you accept. When you leave the team, that sharing ends.

If you are a coach, use the data players share with you only to coach and support them. Do not copy it elsewhere, show it to people outside the team's staff, or keep it after a player stops sharing.

7. Your AI assistant

When you connect an AI assistant to Corpus, that assistant reads your data to answer you. Your use of the assistant is under its provider's own terms (today, Anthropic for Claude). We do not control how that provider runs its service.

8. Fair use

Use Corpus for your own data, or for the players who share with you. Please do not:

  • try to reach anyone else's data, or test our security without written permission;
  • log data about another person without their permission;
  • share your invite, your account or your assistant connection with someone else;
  • overload the service, for example with automated requests far beyond what one person or one team would make;
  • use Corpus to break the law or to harm anyone.

If someone breaks these rules, we may suspend their access. Unless it is urgent, we tell them first and give them a chance to fix it.

9. Price

Pricing is not set yet. Clubs agree any price with us in writing. Nobody is charged without agreeing to a price first.

10. Stopping

You can stop using Corpus whenever you like, and ask us to delete your account. We can close an account for a serious or repeated breach of these terms, and we give you a way to export your data first unless the law prevents it.

11. Our responsibility

We run Corpus with care, but in the beta we cannot promise it is always available or free of errors.

We are responsible for harm we cause on purpose or through gross negligence, and for anything the law does not let us exclude. Nothing in these terms takes away your rights as a consumer.

12. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we email you at least 30 days before the change takes effect, unless the law requires it sooner. If you do not agree, you can stop using Corpus and take your data with you.

13. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you can also bring a claim in the courts where you live, and keep the protections of the law of your country.
