Answers, not more charts.
Ask what changed, how you recover after hard weeks, or whether a supplement did anything. Corpus answers across years of your history.
- Sleep and training
"Why was my sleep worse this month?"
Answered from your sleep, your training log and the days you trained late.
- Recovery
"How do I recover after hard weeks?"
Answered from Oura readiness, heart rate and the load you logged.
- Supplements
"Did that supplement do anything?"
Answered by comparing the weeks before and after you started it.
Example questions.
Three ways to log. Use one, or all three.
Wear it.
Connect Apple Health from your iPhone. It syncs on its own. Oura for new accounts is planned.
Answer it. Coming in the beta
A short check-in from a link, by WhatsApp or email. No app, no wearable. Coming in the beta.
Say it.
Tell your AI assistant what you ate, how you trained, how you slept.
Apple Health needs the Corpus iPhone app. The assistant is Claude today.
Reports that answer your question.
Reports are written by AI when you ask, so they take the shape you need: a progress chart, a weekly report, a quick fact, or a comparison between players or periods. Each answer is built from your real data, at the moment you ask.
- Progress chart
- Weekly report
- Quick fact
- Comparison
Example question"Compare my resting heart rate this spring with last spring."
Log by talking.
Meals (barcodes work too), sets and weights, how you feel. Say it the way you would text a friend.
- "Two eggs, toast and a coffee for breakfast."
- "Bench press, 3 sets of 8 at 70 kg."
- "Felt flat today, legs heavy."
Example messages.

Your data stays yours.
- You choose who sees it: your team's coaches, your own coach, or no one.
- Stored in the EU (Germany), and kept apart from everyone else's data in the database.
- Export it when you like. It is kept for five years, or deleted when you ask.
No other user sees it unless you choose to share with a coach. You can stop a share at any time.
Read the privacy summaryGood questions.
- Already use another app?
- Keep it. If it writes to Apple Health, Corpus already sees its data through your iPhone. For other tools, we can bring their data in or work alongside them.
- I tried logging apps and gave up.
- You do not open a logging app. You tell your assistant, in a sentence.
- I have Android.
- There is no Android app today. You can still log by telling your assistant, and check-ins from a link are coming in the beta.
- Which assistants work?
- Claude today, through a connector you add once.
- What does Oura bring in?
- Readiness, sleep scores, stress, SpO2, resilience, cardiovascular age and VO2 max. Connecting Oura for new accounts is planned.
- Is my data sold or mixed with other people's?
- No. It is never sold. It is hosted in the EU and isolated per person in the database. The details are in the privacy policy.
- What does it cost?
- Pricing to be announced.
